FINDING A ROUTINE WHICH IS RIGHT FOR YOU

With Coast Pilates, you’ll have access to a full range of specialist equipment, including rollers, balls, hoops, Springboard machines, and Reformers. We are proud to be the only studio in the area offering group Springboard and Reformer classes, helping you achieve faster progress through targeted and effective exercises.

At Coast Pilates, we believe that Pilates should be tailored to your unique needs and goals. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a beginners’ course or a private introductory session. This allows us to understand your body’s strengths and areas for improvement while helping you set personalised goals.

​

Once you're ready, we’ll guide you into the right 55-minute class or suggest a series of private or semi-private sessions, all designed to suit your individual requirements. For those with prior Pilates experience and no significant medical conditions, we may suggest starting with an assessment during one of our regular classes.

We offer a range of Pilates classes to cater to every level and goal:

  • Mat Classes: Small, friendly group sessions ideal for mastering the fundamentals of Pilates, graded from beginner to advanced.

  • Springboard Classes: Dynamic workouts using wall-mounted machines, designed to build strength, balance, and stamina.

  • Reformer Classes: Exclusive full-body workouts using specialised equipment to strengthen muscles and improve balance.

  • Private Sessions: One-on-one instruction for a personalised and focused Pilates experience.

 

MAT CLASSES – BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION

 

Mat classes are the perfect starting point to learn Pilates principles in a welcoming and supportive environment. Working in small groups of no more than eight participants, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Classes are available at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, ensuring there’s a place for everyone.

  • Wednesday: 09:00, 10:10 (Back Care with Challenge), 11:15 (Essential), 12:15 (Improvers), 18:00, 19:00

  • Friday: 09:00 (Advanced), 10:00 (Intermediate)

 
SPRINGBOARD CLASSES – STRENGTH AND BALANCE

 

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with our Springboard classes. Using wall-mounted Springboard machines, these sessions combine resistance and movement for a powerful workout that enhances strength, balance, and stamina. These classes are ideal for those with a solid understanding of Pilates principles who are looking for a more dynamic experience.

REFORMER CLASSES – FULL-BODY WORKOUTS

Our Reformer classes offer a unique and transformative Pilates experience, available exclusively at Coast Pilates in the local area. Using springs and weights, this specialised equipment provides a balanced, whole-body workout that targets major muscles while engaging stabilisers. Perfect for addressing imbalances, the Reformer is ideal for those seeking a challenging and effective fitness routine.
